Our ladies learned to make their own pasta today and then they made Pha (Chinese soup) with Udon noodles for supper with fried veggies and chicken strips. It was absolutely devine! Wow so impressed!
Food has become extremely expensive. It has been very difficult to cope.

It's a boy! Our 3rd baby was born yesterday via emergency C section late last night. Both mommy and baby are doing great. Thank you to everyone that donated baby things to these moms.
Our goat Sue had twin kids late yesterday! One male and one female. Mom and babies are doing great. Most of our residents got to see the birth and it was such a wonderful experience.
It's so peaceful early mornings. Today it is lovely soup for supper!
