This is from the Hero Burn Foundation - Hallo South African Family Relief Project. Update on Little Graham - We have been helping this family since yesterday morning. Thank you so much for your funds raised this helps a lot for Hero Burn Foundation is also just a NPO. Graham is going to see Dr Marx this morning thanks to Lee and Karin that arranged this - Karin is going to take him and his mom to the dr. One of our Heroes (Burn Survivors - Henry Kemp) that sustained severe burns in 2013 still has Adaptic wound care which is very expensive that he is donating to the treatment of Graham's wounds and he is currently on his way from Witbank to Bronkhorstspruit to deliver this before the dr's appointment. I am aware that the funds that you raised will only show in a few days time thus Hero Burn Foundation will pay the dr and other expenses in the meantime. Mom advised me that she and dad Derick decided that it is best for Jolandi and both kids to go to her family in Port Alfred nearer to the weekend for it is not safe at all for them on the plot alone during the week and they do not have any transport or support structure if something happens with little Graham. Jolandi's Aunt is a nurse and will be able to help with Graham's wound care and they are then near a hospital with dr's and wound care clinics. Hero Burn Foundation will help with the cost by raising funds and paying for mom and kid's transport to Port Alfred. Will give feedback as soon as Dr Marx has seen Graham @ 10:30 today. Again Thank You all for your Support in helping this family and our sweet Hero Graham - When I phoned them this morning early just after six, brave little Graham immediately wanted to speak to me also and thanked me for helping them. I went and dropped of some food at the Bluff Haven. These elderly sweethearts suffer from Alzheimer's. They are an absolute joy and so happy and full of life!! What an honor it was I had a lump in my thought when I left. Not many not even family visit them. I will make sure to pop in on a regular basis and take them some cake etc. 🙂

Hi everyone we are in VERY URGENT NEED of CEMENT to put some sort of a floor in the shacks at the Munsieville Squatter camp. These shack have NO floors only sand and the winter is fast approaching!! Hi everyone I have removed the photo that Anthony Patrick Symes posted. I was not aware of it until I looked at the page this morning. I spoke to him about it and he explained that when he saw this he was reminded of a family that he had assisted in the past and he only wanted to highlight and stress that this might be from somewhere we do not know but that this picture is reality in South Africa. We do see this too often than we should. We have over 800 000 of our people in squatter camps and over 350 000 of those are children. This figure is growing at an alarming rate. NOTE no figure is available of those who are living in the bush or on the streets. The shelters and camps are full and we have nowhere to go with these destitute folk. We are in crisis mode on a daily basis to get children or a family placed. He should have stated clearly that this photo is our country's future or perhaps to just word it differently. It was an innocent mistake on his part. Please know that we work VERY VERY hard to highlight the poverty issues in our country and that we will make 100% sure of every case as we have done in the past.
