Hi everyone, we are starting to plan our Children's Christmas party. This year we will be having the party in a poor community called Daspoort in Pretoria. Santa will be visiting this community on his sled and the children will be treated with gifts, hot dogs, cupcakes, sweety packs and juice. A very big thank you to a couple who has donated the funds for us to close up the vegetable garden. We are truly thankful and will post photos of our progress.
Hi everyone, we need to enclose the vegetable garden asap. We are in need of 6x 80mm x 6meter poles in order to do so. We do have fencing all we need are the poles. The cost is R1276.00. We really need to get this done so that we can plant. Food is critical and our focus is to feed our people. We also teach them these skills at the same time. We have started an outside vegetable garden and will plant veggies that grow better outside. We need to enclose this area so that we do not have animals eat the veggies.
Our tunnel is doing fantastic with beetroot, lettuce, radish, spinach and cauliflower. We are so thankful to Amor Gerber and her team for brining us the seedlings.
We welcome 4 new little ducklings to our Farm Project. They where born over the weekend.
