The schwarma's came out beautifully and we made fried beef mince with cabbage and carrots 🥕 a fresh tomato, onion and chili salsa with a pepper sauce. A feast 😋
These schwarma's are made from scratch! The ladies made their own bread dough and we do not have oil so we decided to teach them how to make the schwarma's instead of using oil. Well done ladies!
I am teaching the ladies how to make schwarma's for tonight's supper. They will be served with a lovely savory mince with veg and a tomato and onion salsa 😋 I am so proud of these amazing women who are always ready to learn.

Our folks on our farm project are planting new vegetable seeds in the tunnel. Our green peppers are flowering already! We planted Spinach, Green beans, Baby marrow, Squash, Herbs 🌿 😋 and tomatoes. We still need to get tomatoes lettuce and cucumber 🥒 seeds to plant.
Hi everyone, we rescued an 8 month pregnant with a little boy mommy. She was living on the street to get away from an abusive partner. She has absolutely nothing. We also have a 9 month pregnant mommy who is ready to give birth that also needs newborn clothing for her baby. Our ladies have started making Christmas decorations with beads. They are using an old fan cover to make a wreath. Can't wait to see when it is finished.
